TDG partnered with BE&K Building Group (formerly Suitt Construction), for RF Micro Devices’ 78,695 SF manufacturing and office building in Greensboro, North Carolina. The facility included a Class 10 clean room for wafer production. TDG provided architecture, structural and civil engineering, and coordination of the other design disciplines.
